Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice are never charged. Children get ill without warning, so the first short-notice cancellation for illness each term is waived. Beyond that, late cancellations are charged in full, because the hour is held for your child.
A small number of reduced-fee places are held for families on low incomes. Please ask, it's a normal question here.
